net market business is nothing but representation of your online office, the transactions taken place in net business or e commerce is subject to relevant taxes, i.e if sales of goods are effected than vat/cst, if services offered through net then service tax, if sale of goods from self manufacture then excise / vat/cst.

net marketing is nothing but representation of yourself online, tax is levied on what u sell or offer.
if u earn from net by solving something or posting something, then its IOS/ income from professional services.

Will it still be professional receipts if you do not hold a profesional qualification in this field and employ a staff of 10-20 people (all non-professionals by qualification) who togetther carry out this?

professional skill is not certified with documents, but its certified with field work
registrations and documents for tax is the obligations for professionals,
if the clients qualify the person as professional without document, who else can bar them?
