actionable claims meaning in simple form ?goods defn also include actionable claims n negative list also so what's the difference ?

It is similar to milk. It is both goods and covered under negative list.

actionable claims in definition of goods under GST includes only betting, gambling, lotteries
and other than the above actionable claims are covered negative list and those are not goods under GST.
that means GST will attract only on betting, gambling, lotteries and other than these are exempt from gst.
