Need urgent help for tax

Girish Ahuja Sir book will do for self study.

I dont know about this Book but, Module of Taxation is the best for self study.. Veery clearly concept explained in module.. Not much for practise.. becz of ICAI also provides PM i.e. practise manual soo.. very gr8 Practise of Practical aspect.. PM contains Highly Imp question answers..So No need of other book just Gooo with Modules..

I think you should try V.K Singhania for Practical Problems.

I can GUARANTEE you that after doing Singhania Book you will be 100% prepare for TAX.

But remember there are lots of places where both AUTHORS have different VIEWS .

So follow only one of two books as your base.

Dude i read VKS... Its long but definitely worth it... I got 56 man... Worth the shot.. Worth the buy...

is vk singhaniya' s book is suitable for self study... i mean is it in easy to understand language ????????

I used T.N. Manoharan as base to understand provisions and VKS for Practical Problems.

Use any book you want to read for understanding Provsions but use VKS for Practical Problems.

You can also refer VKS for theory but it needs lots of Guts to Complete such a Giant and Difficult Book in such limited time.

So my Suggestion shoud be refer any book like Manoharan or Girish Ahuja or any other book as your base and VKS just for Practical Problems.
