can you please mention for which Exam you are appearing i.e. PCC/FINAL?
If you are appearing for CA Final then Munish Bhandari is the best option.
Hi Neetu
Read Padma Jain's Notes for Business Law
In business law her notes have a legal language and cover all topics and very good presentation
In Companies Law
read Padma's Jain & Module
while learning company law took one topic from Padma Jain's book and compare with module same topic and in which you will feel comfort learn it.
if you don't have Padma's Jain Notes: then write down address:
MICE, Near CD Block, Pitam Pura, MK Jain, Padma Jain Institute
You can also tell me.

Hi Amrish ,
You are right in saying "better to start early" but wrong in first para. Encourage people and never forget:
"Determination gives you the resolve to keep going in spite of the roadblocks that lay before you."
I don't think Law is tougest course. Rather it is easy to understand and interesting to read.
One thing i would suggest is to read the law section by section. You need not to remember each and every section. just fundamental sections are enough to remember.
Good luck and good bye !!
