Maslan 1st case main (yani jitna advance lia aur utni amount ki goods send ki) pehley advance receive kartey hain

1-select customer ki id ko kartey hain

2- prepayment kay box ko tick mark kartey hain

3- descriptttion leekhtey hain like: advance receive

4- aur phir jitni advance amount ho wo type karten hain aur is entry ko save kar letey hain

phir jab item send karni hoon tu

1- sales invoice main us party kay name ki id ko select kartey hain

2- jitni goods send karni hoon wo type kartey hain (yahan hum utni hi goods send kar rahey hain jitna advance lia tha)

3- aur save kar letey hain

4- jitna advance lia aur utni amount ki goods send kar dein tu balance 0 ho jaey ga us customer ka ledger main

LAKIN JAB HUM INVOICE MAIN DEEKHEIN TU WAHAN UNPAID SHOW HOTA HAI

IS LEYE PEACHTREE MAIN ISEY ADJUST KARNA PARTA HAI

What i suggest is you go through the VOUCHER ENTRY section in help file. Go to Gateway of tally > Help > Local Help > Voucher entry.

In this section, different types of transactions like sales/purchase/payment/receipt/journal etc are explained with detailed examples. It will help u to make the above entries also.
