Dear, Kuch Entries Main Masla Hai Peachtree Main Pata Hai Kaisey Record Hoon Gi Lakin Tally Main Kaisey Record Hoon Gi Ye Nahi Pata.
Agar App Tura Sa Time Nikaal Lain Phir Main App Se Wo Entries Discuss Karoon Ga

Teacher, If we receive advance amount from customer:
1st- Rs. 10,000 in advance and after shipped goods same amount
2nd- Rs. 10,000 in advance and after send goods Rs.12,000
3rd- Rs. 10,000 in advance and after send goods Rs. 8,000
How to record in tally e.r.p 9
Teacher Peachtree Main In Ko Kaisey record Kartey Hain Ye Mujhey Maloom Hai
Maslan 1st case main (yani jitna advance lia aur utni amount ki goods send ki) pehley advance receive kartey hain
1-select customer ki id ko kartey hain
2- prepayment kay box ko tick mark kartey hain
3- descriptttion leekhtey hain like: advance receive
4- aur phir jitni advance amount ho wo type karten hain aur is entry ko save kar letey hain
phir jab item send karni hoon tu
1- sales invoice main us party kay name ki id ko select kartey hain
2- jitni goods send karni hoon wo type kartey hain (yahan hum utni hi goods send kar rahey hain jitna advance lia tha)
3- aur save kar letey hain
4- jitna advance lia aur utni amount ki goods send kar dein tu balance 0 ho jaey ga us customer ka ledger main
LAKIN JAB HUM INVOICE MAIN DEEKHEIN TU WAHAN UNPAID SHOW HOTA HAI
IS LEYE PEACHTREE MAIN ISEY ADJUST KARNA PARTA HAI
Tally main in 3no entries ko kaisey record kartey hain please bata dein phir aur bhi entries hain un ka app se baad main puchoon ga

What i suggest is you go through the VOUCHER ENTRY section in help file. Go to Gateway of tally > Help > Local Help > Voucher entry.
In this section, different types of transactions like sales/purchase/payment/receipt/journal etc are explained with detailed examples. It will help u to make the above entries also.
