Need some advise

hi friends i am ca final student..i need some help of yours......let me explain it..

 i have passed both group of ipcc in may 2010....i have also got result of it....but still i have not receave any certificate of it....

i dont know exactly but my friend once told me that....courior men was at our hostel searching for u...he had envalop of icai but he not hand it over to my friend........take it backe with it.....but now i not stay in that hostel.. i have also change my communication addresse in final registration......

now i want to know how can i get that certificate......n from where....
