1.Mr.X purchased residential house for a consideration of Rs.90,00,000 on 20.06.2013 TDS is 1% (90,00,000*1%=90000)is to deducted by x since the value exceed Rs.50,00,000 from 01.06.2013 and no tds for Plot acquired for Rs.49,50,000 bcoz value not excced Rs.50,00,000,No TDS for rural agriland and house property acquired purchased on 30.04.2013 the provisions not applicable since it is applicable from 01.06.2013.
2.10% to be deducted 50000*10%=5000 by XYZ LTD.
3. P gave the car without collecting TDS ,Hence P marketing to be paid @ 30% on car value 400000*30%=120000.
4.AB LTD is liable to deduct TDS on individual Tax rate
