I need to Collect Annual Service charges from my Clients who use Desktop Applications developed by me under a proprietorship firm
There was news that Even Services under 40 Lakh is also Exempted from GST
So Shall i Raise Invoices with out GST?

If your total turnover under 40 lakhs from this year then gst is not applicable
no threshold for services is still 20 lakhs......

If registered under GST then GST will be chargeable on Your supplies...

once you obtain registration you have to issue tax invoice........ even if you do not collect tax from ur customers the invoice you issue will be considered as inclusive of gst.........
