PENALTY UNDER 271F but discretion of assessing officer no neeed to pay penalty at the time of filing return of income Chances of waiver of Penalty by AO is possible in most cases
GSTR 9 and 9C for FY 23-24 as amended by Notification 12/2024 dated 10th July 2024(with recording)
