whether new rule has been implemented ot not? can a graduate directly go for articleship trainee?
new rule has not been implemented yet, It will be implemented soon, It is pending before the Government of India for approval

Am shrinivasa i have completed 55.5% in BBM, i was joined cpt 2008, i attempted 6th time am failed, the registration completed 29/7/2011, i may join Ipcc degree based, i want clariffiction, Plz send mail to this e-mail id Shrinivasa1786 @ live.com

for Direct admisn in IPCC , u need to score 55% in B.Com or 60% in any other stream.
If ur subject of BBM is mostly same with BCOM, then only your BBM will be counted as BCOM
Any of these 2 conditions need to be fulfilled:
(i) are commerce graduates/post-graduates and have studied any three
full papers of 100 marks each out of Accounting, Auditing, Mercantile
Laws, Corporate Laws, Economics, Management including Financial
Management, Taxation including Direct Tax Laws, Indirect Tax Laws
etc., Costing, Business Administration, Management Accounting and
passed the graduate/post-graduate examination by securing in the
aggregate a minimum of 55% of the total marks or its equivalent grade
from any recognized Universities including Open Universities.
(ii) are other graduates/post-graduates not falling in the above category
who have passed the graduation/post-graduation examination by
securing in the aggregate a minimum of 60% of the total marks in the
examination or its equivalent grade from any recognized Universities
including Open Universitie
Graduates with 55% above can directly join articles, they have just announced in the website but
the amendment is still pending from government, even im waiting....
