need assistance on filing nil itr of clothing material business
is there need to maintain books of accounts
and can I show income from other sources also.

1)if you have nil business then u can file nil return...
2) Maintainance of books of accounts is subject to section 44AA....
3) If u have any other income like interest,dividend etc., then u can show them as income from other source.
