Dear Bhagyalakshmi,
Regarding Theory Papers -
1) Try to write comprehensive yet to the point answers, I mean it is not always correct to judge thelength of answer with the marks...
2) As Krishna said "try to answer in points rather then writing long paragraphs"
3) I have learned that under new scheme generally every paper carries around 20% objective questions, i mean"True/false", one word kind of questions, work hard on this because this is the most scoring part, if u can get 20 out of 20 then think u will be requiring only 20 more out of 80....
4) Audit- Try to support ur answer wth reference of AS, AAS/SA's, Company lawetc
5) Law - As far as remembering Section or caselaws are concerned - I can advice u that don't put ur brain under pressure at the time of studying that u have to remember section, case laws, etc just read sections & case laws when u r reading the provisions - & in exams if u able to recall it then well & good & if u have even smallest of doubt in recalling section, etc then best thing is not to quote it, alternatives for quoting sections, etc -
"As per the relevant provisions of the xyz act................" or "As decided in a case law.................."
6) IT& SM - Things like Flow charts are scoring so make sure u do it correctly
