Did you not know the status of the firm before joining? Since the firm has made a beginning only in 2013, you need to have patience. The work would not flow just like that from heaven, it will take time. Usually it takes three to five years for any practice to get stabilised.
They also would be knowing the difficulties and when their firm is likely to peak. Every startup firm will take time in getting established. If you think there are prospects in the future, it is always better to stick in the same firm and learn the nuances of setting up practice because some day even you may plan to get into practice or start your own business.
On the other hand, you think that you will not learn anything, then move out. The choice is always with you, whether to sail with the group which wants to give you ample opportunities once work starts flowing or join any other firm, where you are just counted as another additional head count to do work.
Wish you good luck for what ever decision you take.
