Hello.. I Jst need some help during xamz tym as I hve xam phobia nd during any xamz my health gets affected due to wic I cnt handle pressure nd makes mistakes.. Help me as m damn tensed during xamz tym nd my xamz on 6th Nov appearing for ipcc.. Suggest motivating tips plz
