In second group accounts you can easily pass first study the topics which have more weightage like amalgamation
If you are worrying about FORMAT accounts the read only the questions of the model asked in previous years they will not ask oher than those model questions
Give priority in this order
1.amalgamation/internal reconstruction 16-20m
2.liquidation of companies 8m
3. amalg/conv of p.firm 16-20M
4.accounting standards 15-25M
revise these topics number of times and if you have time move on to FORMAT accounts

U can do branch....wo shayad second grp me hi h....
in electronics chapter do 1 simple format till d capitalisation....it will b around 8 marks
reconstruction /amalgamation wil b obviously cover 16marks
and the formatting chapters .....refer scanner ...U will learn that question comes of same type almost.
One or two question are out of track alone.
So in Adv accounting It;'s a must.
I fully agree with Sudhir's point of view. He is really right.
best of luck
