Hi,
First of all , dont lose hope.Please read the following which will motivate you.
For Law, study the supplentary study material for cpompanies act, 2013 and study practice manual, RTP.
For Tax, learn the provisions and solve as many sums as possible.Solve the sums in practice manual.Also do past exam question papers and write mock tests.
