we have changed the registered office of our pvt ltd company?
we have filed form 18 with m.c.a also appropiate changes have been made to the company masterdata.
now do we need to file form 23?

for change within the local limits only a board resolution is needed and you can file F-18...
However, for changes outside the local limits a special resolution is required and then F-23 must be filed

If you have chanage the registered office within city or town then only Board Resolution will requird and form 18 will serve the purpose.
In any other case form 23 would require.
