Need clarification on gst for a land owner in jv
Need a clarification on a gst levied on a land owner who is in joint development with developer and is receiving his share in area and not in revenue basis.

The way Service tax was charged......... GST over the development services provided by developer will be applicable.......
thanks for info sir. Have heared that gst will be applicable even on area sharing basis in jv. but
in service tax that was applicable only on revenue sharing basis n not on area sharing basis.
