Need advice on DT case laws

 Hi  All

I  am apprearing for CA final group 2 exam ( old ) in Nov 2008. I  have tried to memorise the case laws from Tax books ( approx 400 ) .  I  can recall the content and judgment but not able to recall case  title ( which case? )  e.g  CIT vs Arun kumar or  Arun kumar vs CIT or   the case itself.

How you people have managed that ? Can any body who appreared in Direct tax and got more then 40 marks share his observation ?

I look forward to your suggestions.

Thanks

SN

DOnt worry that u should remember the case laws. U r telling that u can manage the content in case laws. Referring the case law gives a good impression, but dont feel tense that u r unable to remember the case.

U can do the things good man. Dont worry.

Non reference is good than wrong reference.  So dont worry. Give ur attempt well. All the best for ur exams

Thank You Sir. feeling relieved.
