Please favour with draft  resolutions to be passed by a NBFC not accepting Public Deposits regarding compliance implementaion of  KYC Norms,  KYC-Money Laundering Act  guidelines, appointment of principal office etc. as requisitioned by RBI per circular  NO.DNBS.KOL.NO.4949/08.07.002/2006-2007 DT 17-4-2007
