Nbfc must be registered under comp act so normal agm provisions under comp act apply to nbfc also.
Nbfc have to file quarterly and half yearly returns to rbi in addition to normal comp act requirement. Rbi compliance change according to type of.nbfc. So browse the rbi website and type nbfc compliances and you can find all at one place on the website.
For checklist just google it writing "nbfc audit guidance". Icai issued one guidance book for nbfc audits. just download and you will find 2012 edition. But remember majority of rbi requiements changed this year july. so be careful on legal side.
