Can any one tell me
Annual Auditor certificate need in case of NBFC is also required to send RBI this year as I got that there was a circuler issued by RBI due to which it is not applicable for FY 2012?

Yes as per para no. 79 & 81 of notification of RBI dated 21/09/2006 & 19/11/2006.
