Dear Sir,

My Query is:

Can a Partnership Firm Do NBFC Business if yes, then what is the procedure.

Only "companies" could be registered with RBI as an "NBFC".

As per Section 45(I)(f) of RBI Act, 1934- Financial Institution which is COmpany can act as NBFC.
