can you please elaborate your question?
i.e. do you mean you want to purchase a such Financial Co. or are you asking about the procedure for buying a NBFC.

Purchase Shares and make ur management and their is also need or approval of RBI (in my view) and other authorities if its registered like SEBI and etc. (if applicable than only)
