We have allowed to build a shade to a party for protection of our raw material in our premises. Party used his Steel sheet to build shade. We are paying monthly charges for that. In this regard, the nature of payment is come under Rent or contract ?

the shed is property of security guard, so the payment would go under" security guard expenses"
