Yes santhosh, "CON" automatically changes to "new folder"
Try naming it firstly by pressing (Alt+255{or 0160}) and then write CON. It will be named as CON.

Actually its use is i think so hiding ur private files
There are two ways to hide ways either we give password to folder or we hide that folder to some group of folders
But we cant give password to all folders otherwise we have to answer many questions like suppose if we give password to any folder and subsequently our boss asks why u give password than we can be in truoble So i think in order to cover this situation
We can make a nameless or invisible than we can make his icon to invisible like right click- properties-customise-change icon than choose an invisible icon in 13 th row
So now ur whole folder will be invisible than u can hide in a group of folders for hiding ur private files

Hey people.
I created a folder name Deepu. then i did f2. then i pressed Alt. I kept pressing alt along with 0160.
It showed folder name as Deepu only. Why its not happening.
