Name plates for amalgamated company

Hello All,

One of our companies is getting amalgamated with the other. Do we arrange for a name plate for that company under section 12 of the new Act or is it ok if we do not, as that company will soon get amalgamated and will no longer be in existence. It is quite possible that the proceeding wil take another 2 months. As a CS in employment , what should be my stand/ what should I advise my company?
