Name Correction in provisional Trade License

Dear Sir

Please be informed that recently i have applied for Trade License, for one of our client but my mistake his name was incorrect on the Provisional Certificate.

You are kindly requested to please advise , how to rectify the name and get the correct provisional trade license.
