Dear Sir, At the time of GST migration the name in the PAN is was different.
Now, there is a change in the name of the PAN, hence, how do we rectify/correct the same in GSTN portal, please advise.

You can update the GST registration by amendment of the core fields. But remember, the proprietor will not change. You can only uopdate any mistaje in teh name.
The PAN will not change.
After login to GST portal,
Services--> Registration --> Amendment of Registration Core fields
Through this path you may go for change the name as per PAN ( Legal Name )
You can edit the legal name in detail of your business .
