Dear Neha,
To use the word 'Industries' in the name of the Company, the Company should have an Authorized Share Cpital of Rs. 5 Crores. Please refer the attached name Availability Rules for your reference.

Dear Neha,
The above attached file are Rules and not a notification. Also in the circular no. 45 passed on 8/7/2011, there is no change/amendment mentioned for 'capital requirement for certain wordings in name of company' which has been provided in the Name Availability Guidelines.
So in my opinion, for the word 'Industries' will require an Authorized Capital of Rs. 5 Crores.
