If I had filled form inc-1 and take approval name before 26 Jan. can I filled for incorporation vide spice form now if no then how to incorporate a company that I had take name approval is it possible for incorporation same name that I had take approval inc-1. plz suggest and reply me

Name approval letter obtained prior to 26-jan is no more valid.
Fresh application for name approval needs to be made either through RUN facility or through filing form SPICe.
