For the purpose of conversion of Pvt. Ltd. co. into LLP..'

it has been mentioned to file form INC-1 for the name approval, but it is only accepting the names with the last word pvt. ltd.

Also, form 1 of LLP ies twomcategories,i.e; incorporating new LLP & conversion of name of EXISTING LLP for which LLIN required to be filled.

Please suggest which form shall be filed for the new name approval for the conversion of pvt ltd. into LLP.

For Conversion of Pvt To LLP you require to file Form 1 of LLP and not INC 1 of Compny. In point no 1 of form select Incorporating a new llp, then filed details in point no. 2,3,4,5, as required then in point no 6 you require to select YES tab and then select purpose "conversion of Pvt Company".
