further, to the CCI awards, i have some personal opinion/suggestions.
EVERY YEAR (may be Calendar year or FY),
following awards may also be given.
1. Award for most active members (10 nos.) of the year/quarter. -because those who have been spending high effort will get further motivation.
2. Award for most thanked members (10 nos.) of the year/quarter - because those who have been replying to the forum and getting thanked by the users will get high end appreciation.
3. Award for spreading most important topics (10 nos.) in the forum of the year/quarter - because those who may not have posted important messages will now think of getting into that top 10 club.
4. Award for submitting most no. of important files (10nos.) of the year/quarter. - same point - motivation.
However,
a) the above awards need not be a gift. It may be in the form of recognition by listing the name of the persons with photograph in our CCI website or a certificate from CCI or through any other means.
b) the above awards may be given every month or every quarter or year depending upon our members' feedback. This is because when by every quarter 10 members are recognised, they will be highly Satisfied..
