Output goods are not liable to VAT. And what is the procedure and in which goods can beclaimed.

Dear Mam,
Rule 53(7A) of MVAT Act says that full setoff can be claimed on PM, Elec Install and retention is to be applied on Furniture, Office Equipment.
If u go through the rule it would get more clear
GSTR 9 and 9C for FY 23-24 as amended by Notification 12/2024 dated 10th July 2024(with recording)
