Scenario: A Sole proprietor (shop owner) , wants to enter into partnership with another person . Now for MVAT registration of the firm can they use the shop act license & rent agreement which he already had in his proprietorship name, as they are going to use the same premises?
No, as in the Shops & Establishment license the constitution will reflect as a Proprietorship firm.
