AS PER LAW WHETHER CST IS CHARGED ON FREIGHT AND TRANSPORTATION IN MAHARASHTRA?

No it is charged on freight and octroi if it is specified in the bill. if different debit note issued for freight and octroi. cst is not applicbale on it.
