We are Pvt ltd company in maharashtra. What is due date for payment of MVAT for 2nd half of F.Y.2012-13 & to file the E-return for the same?

The half yearly return for second half of 2012-13 has to be filed within 21 days after the end of the period. Similarly the annual return also has to be filed within 21 days after the end of the financial year,i.e. bythe same date of half yearly return........mjk
