Is there any news/information regarding extension of date for MVAT Audit for the year ending 31.3.2010 ?
There are many changes in new e-704.
Kindly inform.

Yes. The E-704 has changed, but the due date for submission of Audit Report has not extended, it is 31/01/2010.

The date is going to be extended definately upto 31.03.11

IN THE SALES TAX SEMINAR THEY REFUSED TO EXTEND BUT THEY DEFINITELY WILL AS THEY HAVE INTRODUCED THIS NEW FORM JUST 2 MTHS BEFORE THE DUE DATE OF FILING RETURNS.
