NRI client has received income from mutual fund....on vch tds of 20percnt is deducted by sbi mutual fund u/s 195.....
am not understanding what is that income ?

Better to ask for account statement.
But looks like TDS on redemption of listed debt scheme or other than equity oriented scheme, after indexation.
