Dividend from mutual fund is not taxable. It is exempt u/s 10 (35).

Regards

u/s 10 (35) OR u/s 10 (34)

in the current itr1 theres no  u/s 10 (35) part so where should i show it?

As per section 10 (35) if a mutual fund distributes dividend is exempt provided such mutual fund is either registered with sebi or RBI as per section 10(23D)
In ITR 1 under part D at bottom you can find heading with exempt income ,which is used for reporting purpose only ,their you can find a column named "others"report their the dividend income

since its exempt will it be a problem to leave it out?

Legally it's wrong. But now you know where to report it, you should report it properly in ITR.
