In my opinion, IPCC paper of Law, Ethics and Communication should be studied in match with study material. You can refer other reference books also. I have attempted exam and i was surprised to notice each and every topic was from study material.
Moreover, now the paper is practical oriented, you should never neglect study material. Study material purely focuses on practical aspect. You also refer other books to have better understanding.
Remember one thing, If you read any topic comprehensively only, you will be able to attack any question very well without any difficulty. Your concepts will be clear.
