Munish bandari sir may be some clerical errors but the rock stand book from exam point of view no need to worry self dependent may play a major role in slecting the book so study bandari sir book if anything went wrong by overlook look at the icai book .

For getting upto 45 marks,the book is good enough,but if you want more,dont rely on it totally.

Hand book has skipped so many sections in winding up and in all chapters of allied laws mainly sebi icdr regulations skipped.. though there is disclaimer given for detailed coverage refer main book.!!

His book is best....whatever he has omited in his book is not worth studying....the icai material has too many irrelevant stuff. Its only useful when you have months to prepare...

Munish bandar is a good author for ipcc law! I have gained experience from ipcc book of bandari.
