How to prepare for corporate law exam for November 2020 exam?
Munish bhandari is better option.
however there may be little bit errors in few sections so for a safer side read study material of ICAI as well.
do only extra mcq and case study from Munish bhandari book and for concepts rely upon SM.
this is my opinion.
