Dear Sir,

What are the document process of multiple business with one gst number ( same state ) under GST regime.

Example.

1) stock tranfer from A to B ( which type of document )

2) From B to customer ( Tax Invoice with GST )

3) shall we tranfer the material from B to A (which type of document)

4) raw material can be purchased in both the places in this case, what is the imapct of ITC

branch transfer also be in tax invoice with e-way bill, if required .

No Dear...

Tax Invoice not required for Branch Tranfer within (Intra) State if same GSTIN...

but i am talking about the transfer of goods from one branch (delhi) to another branch (haryana) then there will be proper invoice

Yes Dear...

In Above said way Tax Invoice is must. Bcoz, Both are different entity as per GST (GSTIN)...

The Same think/Way Diffrent GSTIN but same state then Also required Tax Invoice. Bcoz, Both are different GSTIN...
