There will be some impact but dont worry much, because when you an employer and you give your resume to him, the first question he may ask is why there is so much gap between ca ipcc and final or cpt and ipcc as the case may be.
It depends on you to remove that impact with your communication skills and grip over the subject.
Be positive, everything will be OK.
