Multifunction laser printer

Can anyone suggest me monochrome multi function laser printer - print, copy and scan.

I have shortlisted Brother DCP-7065DN, HP LaserJet Pro M1136 and Canon imageCLASS MF3010. Please share your experiences if you have used any of these printers.
