In the newly published form MSME, we disclose all the outstanding amount due as on 22nd Jan 2019 right?
Not on as of 1st May 2019.
Please confim.

Correct as per circular no.1 /2019 dated 21.02.2019. (if no new circular released after that).

Sir, As company we are also MSME vendor. Do we have any exemption for making payment beyond 45 days?

Actually Government is planning for faster circulation of funds, so by present step, you will receive payments earlier.
