In form, how much dues to be taken.
suppose, A bill of 500,000 is outstanding for more than 45 days but payment of 200,000 has been already made against it, then what amount to be taken- bill or remaining.
and also if payment of 100,000 is also made between 45 days toward that bill, then I should also adjust it or not.
The main purpose of MSME form is to report the payment done after 45 and the one whose payment is done beyond 45 days as on 22.01.2019.
In view of the above and in the first case, Rs. 500,000 should be taken because whatever payment so far is made is done after 45 days.
In second instance, if the amount is paid within the stipulated date,then the amount should be adjusted, hence oustanding amount should be taken into consideration.
