The Form MSME I (half-yearly return) needs to be filed within 30 days from the last dates of each half-year in relevant to the outstanding payments to MSE’s i.e. 31st October 2019 (April 2019 to September 2019) 30th April 2020 (for October 2019 to March 2020).
