Is MSME registered company is exporting, the payment terms should be considered as maximum 45 days or it will differ.

MSMED Act 2006 is applicable only in India. It is not binding on an overseas party. Hence in case of export terms of payment will depend upon RBI guidelines and contract between the parties.
